0165 (2)(b) The center had a fishnett type cover that could form a loop that is not inaccessible to children in the back playground. 0165 (2)(b) Loose hose on top of the small cabinet in the front playground that can form a loop is not inacessible to children. 0165 (3)(a) The back playground has two wooden helmet shelves to the left of the playground thas has splintered wood that is not inaccessible to children. 0165 (3)(d) The center has a stacking washer and dryer in the hallway that was not inaccessible to children.
